Detailed Comparative Property Analysis: We conduct a review of similar properties in the area, providing valuable insights into how your property compares in terms of value and market position.

Market Trends: Our reports incorporate the latest market trends and fluctuations in the property landscape within Laois, Offaly, and Westmeath, offering a clear understanding of the current market conditions. The following factors will be considered, Supply & Demand, Economic Factors (A thriving local economy often correlates with increased property demand and higher values).

It’s important to note that the Blue Book standards are inline with European Valuation Standards (EVS) set by the European Group of Valuers’ Associations (TEGoVA).

Issuing of Valuation Report: Midlands Real Estate follows a clear schedule of five working days from the moment we receive instructions to the delivery of our report to clients.
